Contract withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract concluded online with VowlYou within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions in Romanian law (OUG 34/2014).

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the contract was concluded (the payment date).
• If you asked for the service to start immediately, you only pay for the part of the service provided until withdrawal. Once the digital service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal is lost, as you confirmed when ordering.
• Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method.
• Monthly subscriptions can be stopped anytime from Account → Plan & billing, independently of the right of withdrawal.
