Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before and after you start planning with VowlYou.
Is VowlYou free?
Yes, you can create an account and explore the platform for free. Full saving, publishing your invitation, the AI generator and data export unlock with Event Pass (one-time) or VowlYou Pro (subscription).
What's the difference between Event Pass and VowlYou Pro?
Event Pass unlocks a single event with a one-time payment and includes 10 AI generations. VowlYou Pro is a subscription for unlimited events with 40 AI generations a month, built for planners and agencies.
How does the AI invitation generator work?
Describe the mood, colors or tone you want and VowlYou generates the invitation and envelope in the standard format, with RSVP, date and venue. The result appears right in the editor, where you can change it, and you can keep up to 5 variants.
Do my guests need an account?
No. Every guest gets a unique personal link and RSVPs directly — no account needed.
Can I invite collaborators to help plan?
Yes, you can add collaborators as planner, editor or viewer from event settings, depending on your plan.
What happens if I cancel VowlYou Pro?
You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, your account returns to the free plan and your data stays saved.
How do I change the app's language?
Use the language switcher in the navigation bar, on the marketing site and inside the app, to choose between Romanian and English.
Is my guests' data safe?
Yes. We use it solely to generate the RSVP link and show you their responses; we never sell it or use it for marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
