These terms govern your use of the VowlYou platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
2. What VowlYou is
VowlYou is an online event-planning platform (weddings, baptisms, anniversaries and other private or corporate events): guest lists and online RSVP, digital invitations (including an AI design generator), budget, vendors, seating, tasks and the day's schedule.
3. Your account
You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account. Collaborators are added through the dedicated feature, not by sharing login details.
4. Plans, prices and payment
The free account lets you explore the platform. Event Pass is a one-time payment unlocking full features for one event. VowlYou Pro is a recurring monthly subscription or a prepaid period. Prices are shown in RON on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access remains until the end of the paid period.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Under Romanian GEO 34/2014, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. VowlYou services are delivered digitally and immediately: at payment you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or the digital content made available. If you haven't used the paid features yet, write to [email protected] within 14 days of payment and we'll review a refund. If we can't provide the service for reasons on our side, we refund the unprovided period in full.
6. AI generator
The AI generator proposes the invitation's design and text within the standard VowlYou format. Results are automatically generated suggestions: review them before publishing, including names, date and venue. Generations are limited by plan (Event Pass: 10 per event; Pro: 40 per month) and may be paused temporarily to protect the service. Don't use the generator for illegal, offensive or infringing content.
7. Your content
You remain the owner of the data and content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence limited to storing, processing and displaying it to provide the service. You're responsible for having the right to use the images, text and guest data you enter.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use VowlYou for spam, illegal or abusive content, collecting data without a legal basis, bulk automated access (scraping), bypassing limits or security measures, unauthorized vulnerability testing, or reselling the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
9. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or external causes. We recommend exporting your guest list periodically.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Nothing limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for gross negligence or intent.
11. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion at [email protected]. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, with prior notice where possible.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to resolve any complaint amicably: write to [email protected]. Consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) bodies. Disputes not resolved amicably go to the competent courts in Romania.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect.
